I've added a new area to the design portion of the site. I was advised that perhaps my whole range of skills was not being properly showcased in my portfolio, so I created the "editorial" section. I truly love it when people offer that kind of suggestion, and urge everyone to contact me with critiques or criticism. Help keep me looking my best!
In other news, I got the photos of my portfolio back today. Thanks to Gavin for helping me out. He is great. Check it out:

I've added a couple of pieces to the design portion of the portfolio, including an Asterisk Magazine redesign and a bit of my ongoing personal branding project. Hope you like them.
I've also been periodically switching out some of the older images with new and improved shots. I won't point them all out, but hopefully they will enhance the site's aesthetic. Let me know what you think. Send me an email!
I'll be out in a couple of days having my physical portfolio photographed by the talented Gavin Gould. His work is pretty amazing, and I'm really excited that he agreed to help me out. Check out some of his photos here. I'll post a few of the finished images as soon as I get them.
Stay Gold.
New Project!
I've been putting together a new print version of my portfolio. My idea was to create a long, accordian-fold book that would show single spreads when folded and then unfold into one enormously long banner with an illustrated band at the bottom to tie it all together.Well, I'm just about finished with the thing, and it's a whopping fifteen feet long! It may seem a little ridiculous to have a portfolio that, in its intended state, will probably not fit into the average office, but I think that's part of what makes it interesting. I mean, how could someone forget the guy whose portfolio was so big, they had to move into the hallway to see the whole thing. I think the piece has some really interesting web potential as well, though I haven't fully conceptualized that yet. For now, you can check out a jpeg of the image >>here<<.
I'll post some photographs of the finished book a little later this week.
